AI-Powered Operations Consulting

We automated an entire department in one afternoon. Imagine what we could do with yours.

Acuity Edge helps ambitious organisations eliminate operational waste and deploy AI workflows that actually stick. Weeks, not quarters. Built for your business, not a generic template, at a fraction of what traditional consulting costs.

Meet Kitty

Your best employee. Always on. Never off.

80% of callers hang up on voicemail without leaving a message. 85% never call back. 62% call your competitor instead. That revenue doesn't show up as a loss anywhere. It just disappears.

Kitty handles every inbound call, books appointments, and never lets a client hit voicemail. Train her once, deploy in days.

Imagine what Kitty can do for you.

Your competition is still using voicemail. Most people call just to check. Most people are impressed.

The Problem

Smart businesses are leaving money on the table every single day.

01

Your phones are costing you clients

Missed calls, hold times, and after-hours voicemail are silent revenue killers. Every unanswered call is a potential client who just booked with your competitor.

02

Your team is drowning in manual work

Copy-paste. Spreadsheet wrangling. Status update emails. Every hour spent on repetitive tasks is an hour not spent on growth.

03

You know AI can help. But where do you start?

The tools exist. The potential is obvious. But translating "AI" into a working system for your specific business feels like a full-time job.

04

Consultants quote six months and six figures

Traditional consulting moves at the speed of invoices. You need results in weeks, not quarters, and a budget that makes sense for your size.

05

Your competitors are already automating

The gap between businesses that have embraced AI operations and those that haven't is widening every month. Waiting is a strategic decision.

"I automated an entire department's workflow in one afternoon. The tools exist. The methodology exists. What most businesses are missing is someone who knows exactly how to apply them."Alexandra, Founder, Acuity Edge LLC
Services

Four ways we work together.

Every engagement is scoped to your specific situation. No bloated retainers for work you don't need. AI voice automation is often the fastest entry point.

Every unanswered call is revenue you'll never see.

AI Reception & Voice Automation

The average business loses $126,000 a year to missed calls. Law firms miss 35% of inbound calls. Property managers miss over 60%. Trades businesses lose thousands weekly when techs can't get to the phone. The money goes to whoever answered.

Kitty handles every inbound call 24/7, books appointments, answers FAQs, and escalates only when a human is genuinely needed. No hold times. No voicemail. No missed leads.

Ideal for: multi-location businesses, healthcare and veterinary practices, professional services firms, any business where the phone is a primary client touchpoint.

Workflow Automation Build

If your team does it manually on a recurring basis, we can automate it. Five areas where the ROI is immediate:

  • Speed to Lead: instant response, AI qualification, and routing within seconds of a form fill or missed call.
  • Document Processing: extract and categorise data from invoices, PDFs, and intake forms directly into your CRM.
  • Follow-up & Nurture: behaviour-triggered email and SMS sequences for leads who did not convert first time.
  • Database Reactivation: re-engage dormant CRM contacts. Most businesses have months of unconverted leads sitting idle.
  • Internal Reporting: automatic delivery of operational metrics and project updates to the right people, on schedule.

Fractional AI Operations and Training

Whether you need someone to lead your AI operations part-time or train your staff to get real value from tools you already pay for (Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, and Teams), we come in, assess what you have, and build workflows your team will actually use. No jargon, no consultancy fluff, just measurable productivity gains.

Proof, not promises

Before I pitched a local veterinary group, I diagnosed their front desk as one of their own clients, then built a working AI receptionist trained on their practice before I asked for anything. No slide deck. A system they could ring and talk to.

Why Acuity Edge

Not another agency. Not another consultant who's never shipped.

Acuity Edge exists because the traditional consulting model is broken for most businesses. Too slow. Too expensive. Too disconnected from reality.

The Traditional Model
Acuity Edge

Whitepapers, frameworks and theory

Consultants arrive with slide decks and leave with a report. Nothing gets built. Nothing goes live.

Practitioner, not theorist

Every system we recommend, we have personally built and delivered inside a real organisation. Not a whitepaper. Not a proof of concept. Production systems, running live.

Generic change management that teams ignore

A training session nobody asked for, a manual nobody reads, and a team that reverts to the old way within a week.

Psychology-informed approach

Change management is half the battle. We understand how teams resist, adapt, and ultimately adopt new systems and we design for that.

Hourly billing, scope creep, surprise invoices

The quote looks reasonable until the hours add up. By the time you push back, you are already committed.

Fixed scope, fixed price

No hourly billing. No scope creep surprises. You know exactly what you are getting and what it costs before we start.

You depend on the consultant for every change

Every update, every tweak, every question goes back to the agency. The dependency never ends and neither do the invoices.

You own everything

Every workflow, every system, every piece of documentation belongs to you. We build for independence, not dependency.

Six months before you see anything working

Discovery phases, alignment meetings, stakeholder reviews. The project is always almost ready.

Speed that respects your time

We work in focused sprints. Most clients see working automations within the first two weeks of engagement.

A junior team does the actual work

The senior person closes the deal and hands you off. Someone you have never met is now running your project.

One point of contact

You work directly with Alexandra, not a junior account manager. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it.

Acuity Edge 100% Guaranteed. No fine print. Just results.
Our Guarantee

If it doesn't perform, you don't pay. Period.

We build it. We launch it. You own it. And if it doesn't handle at least 80% of what we agreed, you get a full refund of the build fee. No arguments. No runaround. No "well technically" conversations.

Common Questions

Everything you want to know before the call.

Still have a question that isn't answered here? The discovery call is free. Bring it there.

01How much does an engagement typically cost?

AI receptionist for local businesses

For our done-for-you AI receptionist, most local businesses invest a low four-figure amount up front for a full custom build, and a few hundred dollars per month for ongoing management. This is usually a fraction of the 4–5k per month it costs to employ a full-time receptionist, while giving you 24/7 coverage and zero hiring or training hassle.

Operational audit & automation

For larger operational audits and workflow automation, pricing is completely bespoke. Engagements are scoped around your specific bottlenecks, the complexity of your systems, and the value of the opportunities we uncover. After an initial discovery phase, you receive a clear proposal with fixed fees tied to outcomes, so you always know what you're investing and what it's designed to return.

Why we don't publish a fixed price list

Every business has different call volumes, tech stacks, and growth goals. Publishing a one-size-fits-all number would either overcharge the simple cases or underprice complex transformations. Instead, we use typical ranges to set expectations, then give you a precise quote once we understand your situation.

02How long does it take to see results?

Most clients see a working automation prototype within the first two weeks of a Build engagement. The Audit & Roadmap is delivered within 1–2 weeks of kickoff. We deliberately scope projects to move fast. You should not have to wait months to see whether this is working. The discovery call itself often surfaces two or three quick wins you can act on immediately, regardless of whether we work together.

03What tools and platforms do you work with?

We're tool-agnostic and work with whatever stack your business already uses. On the Microsoft side, we work across the full ecosystem: Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Teams, and Dataverse. For businesses already paying for Microsoft licences, this is often where the fastest and most cost-effective automation wins are found. Beyond Microsoft, common platforms include Make, Zapier, n8n, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, and a range of AI APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Perplexity. We do not push you towards tools that generate referral fees. We recommend what is right for your specific situation, budget, and team's technical comfort level.

04Do I need a technical team to maintain the automations you build?

No. Every system we build is designed to be owned and operated by non-technical staff. We document everything thoroughly, run a live walkthrough with your team before handover, and build in sensible error handling so things don't silently break. If something does go wrong after handover, we offer a 30-day support window at no additional cost. The goal is your independence, not a dependency on us.

05Is this relevant for a business our size?

AI automation delivers disproportionate value at the small and mid-size level precisely because you don't have the headcount to absorb inefficiency. If your team of 5–300 people is spending meaningful time on repetitive, rule-based tasks such as data entry, report generation, client communication workflows, and internal approvals, the ROI on automation is typically realised within the first month. The discovery call is the right place to assess whether your specific situation is a good fit. If it is not, we will tell you directly.

06Do you offer AI phone and reception automation?

Yes, and it is often the fastest win we deliver. AI voice agents handle inbound calls around the clock, book appointments, answer common questions, and route complex enquiries to the right person. For businesses with multiple locations or high call volumes, including medical and veterinary practices, professional services firms, and hospitality, the impact is immediate. Missed calls become bookings. Hold times disappear. Front desk staff focus on the clients in front of them rather than the phone ringing behind them. Setup typically takes one to two weeks and the system runs 24/7 from day one.

07Do you work with businesses outside New England?

Yes. While we are based in New Hampshire and available on-site across New England, including southern New Hampshire, Manchester, Concord, Portsmouth, into Maine, and across to Boston, the majority of our work is delivered remotely. We work with businesses across the United States. If you are outside New England, nothing changes except we will not be knocking on your door in person. Everything else, the discovery call, the build, the handover, the support, works exactly the same way.

08Do you sign NDAs and how do you handle confidentiality?

Yes, we sign NDAs as standard before any detailed scoping conversation. Everything you share about your business, your workflows, your processes, and your team is treated as strictly confidential. We do not share client information, use client data for any purpose outside the engagement, or reference your business publicly without your explicit permission. Confidentiality agreements are included as standard in every proposal.

09How is this different from just using ChatGPT or buying a SaaS tool myself?

The tools are often cheap or already included in software you pay for. What you are paying for with Acuity Edge is someone who knows exactly how to configure them for your specific situation, integrate them with what you already use, and make sure your team actually adopts them rather than reverting to the old way. That last part is where almost every DIY attempt quietly fails. Buying a tool is easy. Getting a team to change how they work is a completely different problem. That is the problem we actually solve.

About

The gap between enterprise AI and everyone else is where I work.

I'm Alexandra, operations strategist and founder of Acuity Edge. My career spans senior management roles across the UK, Hong Kong, and Australia: building systems, redesigning broken ones, and delivering complex projects inside organisations that ranged from lean startups to large multinationals.

When AI tools matured to the point where I could deliver in an afternoon what used to take a team of people weeks, I noticed two things. Most businesses had no idea this was possible. And the consultants who did know were not talking to them. They were talking to enterprise clients with six-figure budgets and dedicated IT departments. Acuity Edge exists to close that gap.

I read Psychology at Cambridge, which shapes how I approach every engagement. Automation is a technical problem. Adoption is a human one. Getting a team to trust a new system and stop reverting to the spreadsheet they've used for six years is where most implementations quietly fail. It's also where I'm most useful. I work with a small number of clients at a time, deliberately. The person who scopes your project is the person who delivers it. I am also the author of The Last Receptionist, a practical guide for independent healthcare practice owners on AI front desk automation.
